Shipping
Thank you for shopping with Latch Boutique! We are committed to delivering your order in a timely and reliable manner.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times range from 3–7 business days for standard shipping within the U.S. Expedited options are available at an additional cost but you must email us at shoplatchboutique@gmail.com to arrange prior to checkout (fees apply).
International Shipping
We currently do not ship internationally. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs or import fees incurred.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the postal service and file a claim with them.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with Latch Boutique. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our policy below.
Returns & Exchanges
Return Window:
You may return eligible items within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. Returns received after 14 days are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, with tags attached, and in the original condition received.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Items must be returned directly to Latch Boutique — please do not send returns to the manufacturer.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Bodysuits
- Intimates (including undergarments and swimwear)
- Accessories (jewelry, hats, purses, shoes)
- Sale, discounted, or clearance items
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email regarding approval.
- If approved, refunds are issued as a digital gift card for store credit, to the email or phone number provided at checkout.
- Please note: Store credit does not include sales tax or original shipping fees.
- A 10% restocking fee is applied to all online returns.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for online orders. Customers who wish to exchange an item will need to place a new order for the desired item.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Rejected Returns
If a returned item does not meet our return policy requirements, the return will be rejected. Examples include:
- Items that are used, worn, or washed
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Items from non-returnable categories (such as but not limited to intimates, accessories, or sale items)
What happens next:
- The item will be returned to the customer at the address provided. Customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with the return, or, if preferred, we can hold the item in-store for 14 days for pickup.
- No refund or store credit will be issued for rejected returns.
- Customers will receive an email explaining why the return was rejected.
We encourage all customers to carefully review our Return Policy or email us with any questions before sending back an item to ensure eligibility and avoid delays.
