Shipping

Thank you for shopping with Latch Boutique! We are committed to delivering your order in a timely and reliable manner.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times range from 3–7 business days for standard shipping within the U.S. Expedited options are available at an additional cost but you must email us at shoplatchboutique@gmail.com to arrange prior to checkout.

International Shipping
We currently do not ship internationally. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs or import fees incurred.

Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and order details.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Latch Boutique. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our policy below.

 


 

Returns

You may return eligible items within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. If more than 14 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, with tags attached, and in the original condition received.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

  • Items must be returned directly to Latch Boutique. Do not send returns to the manufacturer.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Bodysuits

  • Intimates (including undergarments and swimwear)

  • Accessories including hats, purses, and shoes.

  • Sale or clearance items (marked final sale)

 


 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to a digital gift card, which will be emailed to the address provided at checkout or printed for in-store use.

 


 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your gift card refund:

  1. Check your email inbox and spam/junk folder.

  2. If still not received, please contact us at shoplatchboutique@gmail.com.


 

Exchanges

Exchanges are only offered for defective, damaged items or size exchanges, and only if the exact item is still in stock.


To request an exchange, please email us at shoplatchboutique@gmail.com and send your item to the return address listed below.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and will have a 10% restock fee added for online orders. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total refund amount.

For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
