Once credit card authorization and address verification have been obtained the orders will begin to be processed. Please allow 1-2 business days (Monday - Saturday) for your order to be processed. Once your order is processed you will receive a confirmation email.
Latch Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please confirm your address before submitting your order. If your order is lost in transit, we suggest contacting the local USPS to help locate your package. After the order has been dropped off at the post office, it is out of our control.
If you choose “pick up” on mistake rather than shipping it is not our responsibility that you do not receive your package when you expected. Please pay attention when you choose pick up versus shipping.

We want you to love your new purchase. If you are not happy with your online purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept a return for full price. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges for returns. For returns, please read and follow the instructions below:
Merchandise must be returned within 10 days of receipt.
Merchandise must have all tags still attached
Merchandise must be odorless, unworn, unmarked, and unwashed
